It’s windy out there …

We’ve had nothing but wind for the past week.  Winds ranging in the 60 mph zone!  This, of course, resulted in more power outages.  There are still homes without power projected through Sunday noon.  I thought I’d share some photos I took today instead of whining about the power outage again.  🙂  Enjoy …

  1. I can’t imagine having no power for that long! We had a bad windstorm last Thursday and I considered myself in the dark ages w/o cable/phone and internet ( the hidden downside of the package deal)

Found your blog from Gwen’s knit and crochet blog on groupbox.

  2. Hi Lesley Ann, The pet photos are adorable! How do you keep Mister and Miss Cleo away from Baby? Has she learned to say, “No, no Kitty” in addition to “Good morning?” 🙂

Really, those are some great pictures! In answer to your question, yes, there will be a fiber festival this year. The new web site is http://www.sedaliafiber.com.

  3. Hi Lesley Ann,
Hope you are well and all is well in your corner.
I haven’t been able to load your blog at the pc at home. I’m at the library so I am seeing this post for the first time. Love the pics of all your house critters. :)_
    Take care,
    Toni

The sink hide out is hysterical! I suppose they believe they are being stealthy or something.
My cat sits on top of the computer and makes that creepy little chopped up meow at the birds outside the window. The other day she was so in the zone–she dove right into the window and got all tangled up in the blinds. It was pretty funny.
